I can help you utilize your strengths and experiences while at the same time, provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges and long-standing unhealthy patterns. My therapy style is highly tailored and personalized to each client.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief, body image, disordered eating, self-esteem and academic and career-related issues.
